Welsh Onion 'Bajkal' (Allium Fistulosum L.) - Early, perennial, cold resistant, early maturing winter onion variety growing in the same place for 3-5 years. Whole plant including flowers, leaves and bulbs are edible. Aromatic, containing a powerful onion flavour, blending well in salads and other dishes.
